Long Time no blog..

Well - Its been ages since I blogged. The last few years have been busy and I have to say successful. The shut down of acupuncture from March to August gave me a chance to pursue other business interests which were very interesting and productive. I am now back in full time practice with all the COVID security that is required !! Odd times indeed but I think this is set to be with us for many months to come.

AXA Health Insurance now support Acupuncture. Because I am a registered British Acupuncture Council member, if you have AXA Health Insurance and you obtain pre-authorisation from Axa, you can claim back the current agreed cost of £60 set fee per treatment.

Busy few weeks for Acupuncture in Abbots Langley and Kings Langley. A variety of new patients, some stubborn knee pains, migarines, bad backs, tennis elbow, anxiety and chronic diarrhea to name but a few this week.
I did two talks one at the Womens Institute in St Albans and one at a company in Hemel Hempstead - spreading the word...
Voluntary work continues at Stanmore Orthopaedic Hospital where I'm meeting some nice people.
Also got two teaching days at the City College of Acupuncture in March, very pleased.
Don't forget its Acupuncture Awareness week 7th to 13th March 2016  so look out for discounts and events.

I had a shoulder injury from training. After 5 weeks of discomfort I went to have some Acupuncture for the first time. Brilliant after one visit it was 60% better. Second visit a further 30% better. Last one tomorrow all done back to full strength . Highly recommend this Acupuncturist. Try for your self.

A busy start to the year.
Two Cosmetic acupuncture treatments next week - As far as I am aware I am  the only person offering this in Kings Langley, Abbots Langley and surrounding area. Much safer, cheaper and cost effective than Botox, slow steady and effective and all natural.
Volunteer work going well and hoping the expand the teaching role this year.
Also I am already booked to do 6 Hertfordshire Women's Institute talks this year so far !
Exciting year ahead.

I have been having some little breaks away (although clinic fully open still!) from acupuncture in Kings Langley, Abbots Langley,St Albans and Watford  - I have undertaken my first days lecturing at the City College of Acupuncture in Old Street, a really interesting day with good people.
Last Thursday I started as an Acupuncturist at the Disability Foundation at The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore which is a great opportunity for me to develop my skills in this area and to help this charity out.
Today I have been down at the London South Bank University with my British Acupuncture Council Hat on giving a membership talk to the first years there.
Treatment room open again Monday so if you need an appointment or telephone consultation call me (Mark) on 07966183973 .Phew busy week.
